• Chapter 13:  “Repayment Plan Bankruptcy – Client must repay a portion of their debts.  The Court will analyze your income and expenses and set client up on a repayment plan with their creditors, typically 3 – 5 years; the Court monitors and administers your payment plan
• Debt Settlement Program  – no upfront fees, does not appear on credit report for 10 years, available credit repair, free prequalification, not Court monitored, legal, safe, successful
